  • 15oz can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup uncooked gluten free elbow noodles

  1. Set a big pan or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Put in the garlic, shallot or onion, and meat. Then use a wooden spoon to break up the beef. 
  2. Season with pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and a little homemade seasoned salt. Then cook the meat.
  3. Add the last teaspoon of seasoned salt, the tomato products, Italian seasoning, and the bay leaf. Then raise the heat and let it bubble.
