I really adore the recipe, I have made it for my wife yesterday and she loved it
Horrible tasting watery mess. I followed recipe correctly.
Based on the recipe, it’s impossible for this to come out watery. This is one of the best chicken liver recipes ever; you should really watch your steps when making this recipe. Also, this was tested by thousands of people, and they really love it. Sadly, you come and say it’s a waste of time, so I guess the problem is not in the recipe
The most tasty chicken liver recipe ever, it’s really not usual to try something new, especially with the taste of the cumin. I tried it 2 times now, but I guess you should lower the cumin to 2 tbsp and simmer it for about 10 minutes longer to come out thick. I really love it.
Happy to hear that, this Kamounia is really one of the best North African dishes ever. My mom always makes it, but sometimes she uses beef liver or lamb liver. But I guess chicken liver always lighter and the best.
