How To Make Pork Casserole Slow Cooker Jamie Oliver 

  1. Turn your oven on and set it to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Wash, peel, and chop the celery, onions, and carrots.
  3. Place a casserole dish on your stove. Pour in some olive oil. Add the chopped veggies and sage. Cook them on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Put the diced pork into the dish. Sprinkle the flour over it. Pour in the cider and add the chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
