- Prepare the Oven and Bacon: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Keep 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
- Cook the Sirloin: Add the ground sirloin to the skillet. Season with seasoned salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until browned and no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
