Jamie Oliver’s Rhubarb Chutney is a chutney made with rhubarb, apple cider vinegar, sugar, red onion, golden raisins, and a blend of spices.
This Rhubarb Chutney is spicy, and Jamie uses red chili flakes and ground cloves to add that kick to the chutney.
You can also use fresh or frozen rhubarb. I really love this chutney, especially when paired with grilled meats or poultry dishes.
