- 8 Cardamom pods

- 1 Fresh red chili
- 500 ml White wine vinegar
- 400 g Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Nigella seeds
- 8 cm piece of Ginger
