  1. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Cut them into rounds about 1/2″ thick.
  2. In a big bowl, mix the sweet potato rounds with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
