  3. To heat it up, you can use a pot or a Pyrex measuring cup and put it in the microwave. If you use cold stock, it will take longer to boil.
  4. Add the orzo and mix it well to cover it. Stir the toast often for three minutes.
  5. Then add the rice and the last tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the rice around to make sure it’s all covered in oil. Toast the rice for four to five minutes, or until it turns clear.
