Help! I just baked the “Tom Cruise Cake” that’s all over the internet. All versions of the recipe call for baking for 85 minutes (!!!) at 350¯ I set the timer for 80 minutes, but at about 55 minutes, my nose said it was done. The toothpick test said it was still raw in the middle, so I let it go to 75 minutes. It really smelled over-done, so I took it out and the toothpick test said it was done.
